You can reach HVACAI.ca three ways: call or text (604) 632-4959, or email Ali@Sedighi.ca. Office hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day. There are no forms to fill in and no sales sequence; you'll deal with a senior strategist from the first reply. Prefer to text? A short message to that number is enough, and a person picks it up from there.

You talk to a senior strategist
A focused conversation about your goals, market and numbers.
The quickest way to get a useful answer
Send numbers, not a description of your company. The first conversation is far more useful when we can see the size of the problem. If you have them, include:
- Calls: roughly how many calls a month, and how many go to voicemail or ring out.
- After-hours: whether you take night and weekend calls today, and who answers.
- Quotes: how many estimates you send a month, their typical value, and how follow-up happens now.
- Systems: your phone system and CRM or field-service software, by name.
- Languages and regions: where your customers are, and whether you serve French-speaking customers.
- Current AI: any AI or automation already in use, even informally.
Rough figures are fine. "About 50 missed calls in January, mostly at lunch and after 5" tells us more than a paragraph.
A message template you can copy
If you'd rather not start from scratch, adapt this:
Hi, this is [Your name] from [Business name] in [City]. We're an HVAC company with [number] technicians. Last month we had about [number] calls, and around [number] went unanswered. We send roughly [number] quotes a month at around $[value] each. We use [phone system] and [CRM or software]. We're interested in [AI call answering / follow-up / content / reporting]. Best way to reach me is [call / text / email] at [contact details].
Please leave out customer names, addresses and recordings. Summary numbers are all we need at this stage.
What happens next
- We reply. We usually reply within one business day, during office hours Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific, with a few follow-up questions or a suggested time to talk.
- A first conversation. About 30 minutes by phone or screen share. We go through your numbers and tell you whether AI is a sensible first step.
- The 7-day free trial. If it makes sense, we start the trial: a marketing audit, website check, SEO analysis and competitor benchmarking, plus a look at your call and quote data. No credit card.
- A written proposal. Scope, timeline, the pilot's success target, and how vendor tool costs are shown. Nothing starts without your sign-off.
We work with HVAC companies across Canada, and consultations can happen in person or by video call.
What we can and can't help with
We help HVAC, heating and cooling companies with the office and marketing side of AI: call answering, follow-up, content, dispatch summaries and the privacy rules around them.
We can't help with equipment, installations, repairs, permits or technical questions, because we are not a contractor. Homeowners looking for HVAC service should contact a licensed local contractor directly. We also don't give legal advice; for that, a Canadian privacy lawyer is the right call.
If you already run an AI tool
Tell us which one and what it does today. A common first project is a review of an existing setup: we listen to a sample of calls or read a batch of messages, check notices and consent records, and give you a short list of fixes. Sometimes the right answer is to keep the tool and change the script; sometimes it's to narrow the AI to after-hours only.
Privacy when you contact us
When you call, text or email, we use your details only to reply and to discuss working together. We only send email to people who contact us first. If you'd like us to stop contacting you, say so in any channel and we will. You can read more on our privacy page, or browse the FAQ and guides before you get in touch.
Frequently asked questions
Will I be talking to an AI when I call you?
No. Calls, texts and emails to HVACAI.ca reach a person. It would be odd to preach disclosure and then hide a bot behind our own number.
Can we meet in person?
Yes. Consultations are offered in person or by video call, and phone, text, email and screen share cover the rest.
What if I'm not sure AI is right for us?
That's a good place to start. Send your rough call and quote numbers, and we'll tell you honestly whether AI, better marketing or neither is the likely fix.
Can I send call recordings or customer lists?
Please don't send customer personal information in a first message. Summary numbers are enough to begin, and any data shared later is handled under an agreed process.
